It's the 4TH OF JULY! And to get into the spirit (plus I was really bored) I decided to join a contest on INSTAGRAM. All we were required to do was show patriotism with makeup, nails or an outfit. So I found one of my US FLAG scarves from Free People, used some colored eyeliners to paint a flag on my lid and wala!
