PROJECT CHIMP - Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid lipstick

When i first saw mention of this liquid lipstick on Trendmood's IG account,  i said,  i MUST have this!  Its a nice color, especially for the Fall,  but i wanted it because of the cause.  20% of the proceeds of this lipstick goes towards #projectchimps

When i was younger i was very passionate about animals (i still am)... whales, great apes and elephants.  I wanted to study zoology with a concentration in primatology.   Great apes are amazing and intelligent mammals.    I am so happy great apes can no longer be used for testing purposes in the US.

This liquid lipstick shade retails for 20 US dollars + tax and can be purchased at Sephora.  It is a limited edition, warm brick red, matte color.   Of course depending on your skin tone and under tones it will look slightly different on everyone.

this shade doesn't wear well around the inside edges

*I have noticed this shade, compared to my other KVD shades, does not apply as well.  It dries the minute i put on my lips, so as i apply more it creates streaks.  This shade definitely needs a lip liner otherwise you will not get a clean application.  Please note i almost never wear lip liners but i am forced to use one with this one.  Keep that in mind. 😋​

A month or two ago Coach had a Mickey collection.  This month Kate Spade has a newer Minnie Collection.  Im loving it all. 

I couldn't decide what to get.  I wanted the minnie bag but i just didnt want to dish out the two hundred plus dollars right now.  So i got the card case.  I use card cases often to house my work key and metro card.

Moschino Fresh Couture Perfume

Ill be honest I bought this because of the bottle.  It arrives with a good amount missing from the top not too happy about that and if i am very honest i personally don't like the scent at all.  Its not a unique scent at all.  Actually smells very familiar to me.  Its a very heavy scent best worn during colder months.  Would i repurchase again? No.  Im only keeping it because of the awesome bottle.

Ok so basically it's a company where u qualify for free products by doing small tasks like rating products and a whole bunch of other things. 

I recently qualified for the Bonita vox box. I seem to qualify for the Spanish sounding ones 🤔 hmmm. It's ok thoooo I'm not hating on complementary products to try and review. 

The fiber one brownies gets a high five from me guys it was delicious. 

The Dickinson's witch hazel I honestly don't use much because I can't get past the heavy perfume scent 😩. 

I actually really like sinful nail polishes. I highly recommend them. They last well especially for the affordable price. However I'm not a fan of matte polishes so I passed this one on. They just don't last as long and I don't like the look. 

Finally the Madame c. Walker products were really nice actually. These samples were just enough for my short hair and they smelled nice.

A Vintage Classic Chanel flap with a touch of Bekko Resin

So here it is my only Chanel bag in my possession. Purchased from the preloved market over a year and a half ago.   Times used?  Three.   Thats right just three. 

First the details: I purchased this on Fashionphile almost two years ago.  This is a vintage, classic lambskin, medium, single flap authentic Chanel with bekko resin in a beige color.   In excellent condition especially considering its age.  Its a 5 series so it was made between 1997-1999.   So basically its about the age of a moody teenager ha! lol.  I paid under 1500 US dollars for it. 

I loved it when i saw it.  I still love it but i just don't use it. The big factor for me is the color and that its lambskin.  I am sure the previous owner didn't use it much either because its in excellent condition. 

Let me tell you there really is something about a Chanel bag.  It feels glorious to carry and the strap makes this squeaky sound from the leather that i find very satisfying. 

But alas it was a lot of money and since I'm not using it well ill have to sell it.  Im so sad but we have to be responsible right? <insert sobs here> 

Anyways before i sell it,  i wanted to share photos of it incase anyone down the road wants to purchase one and wants to see how much fits in it.  Surprisingly a lot fits. You're  welcome in advance :P
