Wet&Wild is already super affordable so I couldn't resist. 

All these products are incredibly pigmented, especially the blush you definitely need to use it with a light hand.  

The shadows and blush are lovely, creamy and blend nicely.  

Although the lipsticks are pigmented,  these are very dry and drag on the lips.  NO BUENO

  Definitely looks like a pinky beige swatched on the hand

However on the lips the color is less pigmented.  I am medium warm skin toned and have pretty pigmented lips

Packaging is small, compact and sturdy.  The Sheen Supreme's are moisturizing, creamy and glide on the lips.  I love reapplying them for that reason.
